How it Works

Getting On Board


Step 1: We offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to understand your specific situation and discuss possible ways of working together to meet your health goals. It’s a chance for you to see if our approach aligns with your needs and expectations, ensuring we are a perfect fit!

Step 2: We will use Calendly to schedule our first meeting and choose your payment method. Then, you will be sent the health history and eating information forms via email.

Step 3: After your health history and eating information forms are ready, please email, fax, or mail them to the mailing address before our meeting.

Step 4: We understand that your comfort is key, so our meeting could be at home, by phone, or via video (you let me know what’s best for you). During our meeting, I’ll get a sense of your diet and lifestyle, and with you, I will create an action-oriented plan with realistic steps to meet your needs. Also, there will be plenty of time to answer your questions.

Step 5:  I will provide ongoing support from day one, and you can schedule our follow-up consultation (s).
